A little about Me

I’ve been photographing weddings for more than ten years now, although this wasn’t always the life I imagined for myself.

After spending far too long in jobs that never really felt like me, I decided in 2015 to change things completely and build a life around something I genuinely loved. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made.

Since then I’ve photographed hundreds of moments I’ll never forget, travelled to some incredible places and met people I would never otherwise have known. I still feel incredibly lucky that couples trust me to be there for such an important part of their lives.

My inspiration

I’m happiest somewhere with a view. Mountains, the sea, an old Italian street, or setting off somewhere in our motorhome with no particular rush to get anywhere.

Those are the places where I tend to slow down, notice things and feel most like myself. And I think a little of that finds its way into my photography too.

Place matters to me. Whether you're marrying in the Lake District, somewhere close to home in Cheshire or in the middle of a city, I love finding the little things that make somewhere feel like yours and letting that become part of the story of the day.

You can be yourselves.

You don’t need to perform for the camera or become a different version of yourselves for your wedding photographs. I’ll gently guide you when you need me to, then step back and let the rest unfold naturally.

I’m not there simply to turn up and take photographs. I’ll help where I can, keep things calm, and work with you to make sure the photography fits around the day you actually want to have.
