I’ll document everything that makes it yours, gently guide you when you need me to, and give you plenty of space to actually live it.

The photographs I love most aren't always the ones we could have planned. They're the glance across the room, your mum trying not to cry, somebody laughing halfway through a speech, the hug you didn't know was happening behind you.
I'll photograph the beautiful portraits too, but your wedding gallery should feel like the whole day, not just the twenty minutes we stepped away together.
Present when you need me. Quietly observing when you don't.
Most of the day, I'll let things happen. I'll know when to step in, when the light is worth stealing you away for ten minutes, when family photographs need organising and when everyone simply needs to be left alone to enjoy themselves.
You don't need to perform for me. You don't need to know what to do with your hands. And you definitely don't need to spend your wedding turning everything into a photoshoot.
The photographs I love most are often the ones you didn’t know were happening - the reactions, the hugs, the little moments unfolding around you while you’re busy enjoying the day.

I’m based in Cheshire and photograph weddings across North Wales, the Lake District and throughout the UK. I love places with character - old houses, city streets, lakes, mountains and venues where the surroundings become part of the story.
A little time together. Then back to the party.
I love making beautiful portraits, but I don’t believe they should take you away from your wedding for hours.
We’ll usually find a little pocket of good light, take a wander and give you a moment together away from everyone else. I’ll gently guide you when you need it, but nothing needs to feel stiff or overly posed. Then we’ll get you back to the people you came to celebrate with.
